Important Covid information:

During this difficult time we have taken some extra steps to ensure the site remains Covid free and to ensure customer and staff safety. We consider buying a Xmas tree this way is one of the safest and most enjoyable as the alternative is queueing in a garden centre and having to have a tree that others have touched multiple times. However, please read the following so you know what to expect when you arrive.

1. Whilst in the field it wont be law to wear a face mask as long as you observe social distancing between other visitors in the field and staff helping you.

2. Inside the barn there can be only 2 customers allowed at any one time. You will be asked to remain in your car if it gets busy so please be patient with us.

3. Staff inside the barn will wear protective face coverings and gloves and we ask you to wear a face covering too.

3. Sadly, hot chocolate and mulled wine this year wont be available to cut the risk of contamination.

4. Sanitizing solution will be on hand and we ask you to use it when you arrive on site.

Xmas 2020 is here and once again we invite you up to our plantation in Farnley Tyas to view at your leisure our massive range of growing and pre-cut christmas trees. We have, for this year, 5ft - 7ft trees for picking by you. Pick your Own will be available from Saturday 28th November to Monday 21st December 2020, 9.00am - 4pm. We have also a large selection of 8ft - 10ft Nordman Fir trees already cut and ready to take away.

All our Christmas Trees and cuttings for wreaths are grown locally 800ft above sea level on our family owned plantation at Farnley Tyas, Huddersfield.

The majority of Christmas Trees bought in the UK are from overseas and are mostly cut many weeks or months before they go on sale. By Choosing your tree this way, direct from the grower in the field, you are guaranteed to get the freshest tree possible that will look good throughout the Christmas period.
